MOLTEVO was founded out of a need to change the way we think about recruitment – making it more quality-driven, ethical and based on transparent relationships. We guide Candidates and Clients through recruitment processes because we believe those processes can deliver real value to both sides.
Our goal is not merely to fill a vacancy, but to build lasting, rewarding relationships that contribute to the long-term growth of organisations and of the people who join them.
We want to draw the best practices from our experience to date and — even though we have over 21 years in the industry — we are committed to developing continuously and looking for the best solutions in a constantly changing labour market.
