Urszula is a Partner at Moltevo, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and executive search. Her expertise covers working with companies across a range of sectors, supporting them in attracting talent for expert, managerial and C-level positions. Urszula specialises in building long-term relationships with Clients and Candidates based on mutual trust and an understanding of their needs.

She delivers recruitment projects with genuine passion, focusing on matching Candidates to the organisational culture and business goals of the Client. She believes the key to success lies in a thorough understanding of each company and an individual approach to every project. Urszula makes sure the recruitment process is transparent and ethical, giving Candidates a positive experience and supporting them in developing their careers.

For over 18 years Agnieszka has supported organisations in recruiting key specialists and management staff, mainly in the manufacturing sector. Over the years she gained experience in HR consultancies, where she successfully ran recruitment projects for key positions within organisations and also acted as a support and advisor for hiring managers. She has also had the opportunity to deliver training related to the recruitment process.

In recent years she managed recruitment teams in southern Poland, responsible for developing consultants and delivering projects. She has worked with both global corporations and local market leaders, building long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency and the quality of the services delivered.

She specialises in recruitment for managerial and expert positions in production, engineering, quality, logistics, R&D, sales and IT. She has numerous successes in filling both local roles and positions within global structures.
